An inert gas protection airflow classifier is a closed-type ultrafine classification system developed for the classification needs of special materials such as flammable, explosive, or easily oxidized substances, utilizing inert gas circulation for protection. After replacing the oxygen in the system with inert gas, once the oxygen content falls below the required calibrated value, the material is transported into the classifier. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification rotor
The coarse particles are sorted to the inner wall of the chamber, fall at a decelerated rate, descend along the cylinder wall to the discharge port, and are expelled. Meanwhile, the fine powder passes through the gaps between the classifier rotor blades, enters the cyclone collector or directly goes into the dust collector, thereby achieving the separation of coarse and fine materials.
The inert gas protection airflow classifier can be used in multi-stage series connection to meet the classification requirements of multi-particle-size products.
