During operation, the grinding media and materials inside the cylinder are lifted to a certain height as the cylinder rotates. Due to gravity, they detach from the cylinder wall and fall along a parabolic trajectory. The grinding media and materials tumble at high speed within the grinding jar, generating strong shear, impact, and compression forces on the materials, achieving the purposes of crushing, grinding, dispersing, and emulsifying the materials. It is widely used in industries such as cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, as well as glass and ceramics production, for wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials.
