Agate grinding instrument

MaThe agate mortar grinder mainly consists of three parts: the grinding rod, the agate mortar, and the scraper. During operation, as the agate mortar rotates clockwise, the grinding rod crushes the solid particles inside the mortar, making them smaller and finer. Meanwhile, the stationary scraper scrapes off particles from the edge of the mortar, returning them to the mortar for continued grinding. As the agate mortar and grinding rod move, each solid particle has an equal opportunity to be ground, resulting in a uniform particle size in the final micro-powder. A reasonable grinding time is set for different solid particles (generally, the longer the grinding time, the finer the particles become), ensuring that both coarse and fine particles are ground into very fine micro-powder particles. The particle size can reach the micron level, and in some cases, even the nanometer level. The entire grinding process can be automated. The agate mortar grinder is an ideal grinding equipment for small-scale micro-powder grinding in laboratories.
