This unit is a combination of one X00-type fluidized bed jet mill main unit and two X00-type vertical turbine classifiers, strictly controlling particle distribution to ensure a qualified collection rate and yield. The pioneering ZJ-QLMX00-2 series jet mill classifier can efficiently and precisely process premium battery powder.
◇ The adiabatic expansion of supersonic airflow and the resulting fluidized pulverization state can absorb a large amount of heat during the pulverization process, enabling ultra-fine processing of battery powder at temperatures below room temperature or even under low-temperature conditions.
◇ In a fully fluidized state, excellent spherical particle shapes can be achieved; qualified fine powders are immediately classified, avoiding over-grinding.
The complete and stable flow field established by the high-efficiency and high-precision classifier can strictly limit the generation of large particles, achieving excellent particle size distribution and a highly narrow particle size range.
