Precautions for Tablet Press Machine

1During transportation, the oil filler hole screws were tightened very firmly to prevent oil leakage. However, the oil reservoir has excellent sealing, which prevents the hydraulic cylinder from drawing in hydraulic oil, making it unable to build pressure normally. During normal use, the screws need to be loosened slightly.

2During pressurization, ensure that all threads of the lead screw are fully engaged with the upper plate, rather than only a few threads being connected. This prevents deformation of the lead screw threads.

3Regularly apply lubricating oil to the lead screw to prevent rust from affecting its performance.

4、Pressurization must never exceed the machine's pressure range, otherwise danger may occur.

5When using the tablet press, it should be kept clean.46The appropriate choice is anti-wear hydraulic oil;

6When pressingurizing, if the manual press handle feels firm but the pressure gauge shows no reading, immediately release the pressure and inspect the pressure gauge.

7When using a new machine or one that has not been used for a long time, slightly tighten the oil drain valve before operation and pressurize it to5-10MPaUnload immediately and repeat continuously.2-3Once, it can be used normally;

8The large piston must not exceed the specified stroke; otherwise, it may cause deformation of the tension spring, preventing the oil cylinder from returning to its initial position.

9When the handle of the tablet press is weak and the pressure gauge does not show pressure, loosen the screw and block the low-pressure valve port with your hand. While shaking the handle, oil will flow out from the valve. If the oil gushes out and your hand cannot block the valve, tighten the screw back to its original position.
