Working Principle:
After the slurry and reagents are thoroughly mixed, they are fed into the flotation cell beneath the tank floor of this chamber. The slurry at the bottom and inside the tank enters the mixing zone through the lower and upper suction inlets of the impeller, respectively, while air enters the mixing zone through the air guide sleeve, where the slurry, air, and reagents are mixed. Under the centrifugal force of the impeller, the mixture The mixed slurry enters the mineralization zone, where air forms bubbles that are broken down, making full contact with the slurry to create mineralized bubbles.
