Main atomization medium: water, etc.

10kg/h Extract Spray Dryer Capacity: Water evaporation capacity meets ≥10kg/h, and utility consumption requirements shall be provided.

The solid content of the material is 15-20%. It is a heat-sensitive substance that easily absorbs moisture after drying, and the final product's moisture content should be ≤3%.

The drying inlet air temperature is stable and controllable, with a temperature setting range from room temperature to 250°C and a temperature control accuracy of ±5°C.

The drying air outlet temperature is stable and controllable, with a temperature setting range from room temperature to 120°C and a temperature control accuracy of ±5°C.

10kg/h Extract Spray Dryer Heating Method: Electric heating; the electric heating system is made of SUS304 material, and the heating system is required to be designed and manufactured for easy disassembly and maintenance.

The air intake system of the equipment undergoes three-stage purification and filtration (primary + medium + high-temperature-resistant sub-high efficiency) and must meet the air quality requirements of Class D (in contact with materials; the QC department recommends Class B) clean areas as specified in the 2010 version of GMP.

The forced draft fan is made of SUS304 material and features variable frequency speed regulation.

Medium-Efficiency Air Filter: Non-woven fabric framed bag filter, efficiency class F7, with airflow volume matching the fan; the casing is made of 304 stainless steel, and the structure should facilitate easy replacement of filter bags.

High-Temperature Sub-High Efficiency Air Filter: High-temperature (>250°C) filter with an efficiency rating of H13, with airflow matched to the system; the casing is made of 304 stainless steel, specifically SUS304 stainless steel, argon arc welded, and polished. The structural design facilitates cleaning and allows for easy replacement of the high-efficiency filter.

Atomization method: Co-current high-speed centrifugal spray. The centrifugal atomizer must be effectively sealed to prevent lubricating oil mist from leaking. The lubricating oil must be food-grade and must not contaminate the product. The material is prone to precipitation and requires anti-clogging and thermal insulation measures. During the process, prevent the material from overflowing.

The atomizer requires variable frequency speed control. The spray head motor must have cooling measures, and the spray head should be capable of reaching a rotational speed of approximately 32,000 rpm.

Material discharge method: Main discharge from the bottom of the tower, discharge through two large cyclone separators in series, or provide other better methods (each single device is equipped with two 304 stainless steel collection barrels).

Dust removal method: primary cyclone separator + water film dust collector, cyclone wall thickness 2mm, the cyclone connection must adopt arc transition with no dead corners, mirror-finished inner wall of the cyclone, polished welds.

The pneumatic conveying pipeline is made of stainless steel sanitary pipes, with clamp connections at the welded ends and sanitary-grade silicone gaskets for sealing. The junction at the material collection cyclone must feature smooth arc transitions with no dead corners, adopting a quick-install design. The inner wall of the cyclone is made of mirror-finished panels, and the welds are polished.
