Spray Dryer for Powder Particles 100-150um
The mixed slurry is transported to the spray drying chamber via an electric diaphragm pump, where it is dispersed into droplets through a nozzle. Upon contact with heated nitrogen, the liquid on the surface of the droplets rapidly evaporates and dries, resulting in the formation of granules. The dried granules fall to the bottom of the drying chamber, separate from the gas, and are intermittently recovered through a disc valve. The vaporized alcohol is separated and recovered from the gas through a cyclone separator and a bag filter.
Adopting an airtight design, nitrogen protection enhances equipment safety, resulting in better product quality such as loose bulk density and flowability, meeting the requirements for continuous production in automatic presses while allowing organic solvents to be recovered. Under specified conditions, the dry powder preparation capacity is 300 kg/h. The complete set of equipment consists of components including a feeding system, pressure nozzle atomizer, blower, waste heat recovery unit, explosion-proof electric heater, drying tower, cyclone dust collector, bag filter, exhaust fan, condensation tower, and an electrical control system. The equipment is required to be safe, easy to operate, energy-efficient, and practical.
