1. Double Paddle Dryer (E0701)

1.1 Material Characteristics

1.3 Technical Requirements

1.3.1 During load operation, the noise of the dryer should not exceed 45dB(A). If the noise exceeds 45dB(A), noise reduction measures should be taken to ensure the noise does not exceed 45dB(A).

1.3.2 The temperature rise of the main motor bearing of the dryer shall not exceed 40°C. The motor power shall be selected based on the system requirements, ensuring the long-term safe, normal, and stable operation of the system equipment. The drying area shall be chosen according to the required processing capacity to ensure it meets the design requirements.

1.3.3 Before major maintenance, the average trouble-free working time of the dryer shall not be less than 7500 hours.

1.3.4 The strength design of the jacket and agitator shaft should consider not only the **working pressure** of the heating medium but also the combined effects of the stirring material load, as well as the corrosion and wear of the agitator shaft caused by the material.

1.3.5 The surfaces of materials that come into contact with the materials are polished.

1.3.6 The materials of the main components of the dryer shall have corresponding material inspection certificates and quality certificates.

1.3.7 The manufacturer of materials for components such as the fuselage and top cover that come into contact with materials should consider wear and tear, use wear-resistant materials, and specify the materials and processing techniques in the bid document.

1.3.8 When the hollow shaft of the pulp shaft uses steel pipes as raw material, the material shall comply with the provisions of GB8163 or GB/T14976; when using steel plate coil welding, the plates used shall comply with the provisions of GB6654, GB3274, GB/T4237, and JB4733.

1.3.9 The materials of the blades, body, and jacket shall comply with the provisions of GB6654, GB3274, or GB/T4237.

1.3.10 All supporting purchased parts shall comply with the requirements of the corresponding product standards and shall be accompanied by a product certificate (indicating the standards and specifications based on which the inspection and certification were conducted).

1.3.11 Steel plate punched parts shall be free from defects such as cracks, interlayers, dents, and wrinkles, and sharp edges and burrs shall be removed.

1.3.12 The groove for manual welding of welded parts shall comply with the provisions of GB985.

1.3.13 The weld surfaces of welded parts such as jackets, hollow shafts, and blades must be free from defects such as cracks and arc craters.

1.3.14 The butt welds of the jacket and the longitudinal and circumferential welds of the rolled hollow shaft shall undergo radiographic inspection in accordance with the provisions of JB4730. The inspection length shall be no less than 20% of the length of each weld, with Grade III qualification. The welds between blades and blade assemblies, between blades and the hollow shaft, and between the hollow shaft and the end shaft shall undergo magnetic particle or penetrant inspection in accordance with the provisions of JB4730, with Grade II qualification.

1.3.14 The dimensional accuracy of machining for main parts shall comply with the provisions of GB1801.

1.3.15 The surface profile tolerance of the curved surface of the fuselage shall not exceed 4mm.

1.3.16 After the assembly welding of the hollow shaft with the blades and the hollow shaft with the end shaft, the coaxiality tolerance at both ends shall not exceed Φ0.04mm.

1.3.17 The straightness tolerance of the pulp shaft shall not exceed 0.25mm.

1.3.18 The jacket and agitator shaft shall undergo a pressure resistance test, with the test method and pressure in accordance with the provisions of Clause 11 in GB150.4-2012.

1.3.19 All components must pass inspection before assembly. The paddle shaft should rotate freely without any scraping or interlocking when turned. The rotation direction of the paddle shaft must align with the requirements specified in the general product drawing. All transmission parts of the dryer should rotate flexibly without any abnormal noise.

1.3.20 The drive motor has a protection rating of IP54 and an insulation class of F. The insulation resistance between the wiring part of the electrical system and the dryer body should be greater than 2MΩ, while the resistance between the grounding terminal and the metal casing of the electrical equipment, as well as the dryer body, should not exceed 0.1Ω. The electrical system should be equipped with a protective grounding terminal, which must be clearly marked. Live parts of the electrical system should not be exposed, and screws used to secure conductive components should have anti-loosening measures.

1.3.21 The rust prevention and painting of the outer surface of the dryer shall comply with the specifications in the drawings. The paint film shall be uniform, smooth, flat, and firm, without obvious tear marks. The surface shall be free from defects such as peeling, cracks, wrinkles, bubbles, scars, and adhered particulate impurities.

1.3.22 Provide ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.

1.3.23 Other matters not covered herein shall be executed in accordance with HG/T3131 and the referenced relevant standards.
