1500L/hFeed-grade Dicalcium Phosphate Flash Drying Equipment
1. Provide the process flow chart of the production line and the equipment outline drawing (referring to the pneumatic drying line).
2. The production capacity of this production line is 1500L/h (evaporating 1500 liters of water per hour).
3. The finished product meets feed-grade requirements.
4. One matching roller screen (80 mesh), with parts in contact with materials made of 304 stainless steel, and one dust collector.
5. One supporting packaging production line includes: automatic weighing and filling machine, automatic bag sewing machine, automatic bag turning machine, and supporting conveyor system. The packaging bags consist of two layers, with the inner layer made of PE and the outer layer made of PP.
6. The moisture content of materials entering the production line shall not exceed 50%, the moisture content of finished products shall not exceed 12%, and the exhaust air temperature at the outlet shall not exceed 80°C.
7. Heating method: The outlet temperature of the hot air furnace (natural gas combustion) must not exceed 200°C.
8. The on-site environment of the production line must meet industry requirements, and dust emissions must comply with environmental protection standards.
9. The parts of the drying production line that come into contact with the product are made of 316L stainless steel plates with a thickness of 3 mm.
10. Process flow: The material to be dried is passed through an 80-mesh rotary sieve after drying. Qualified materials (determined by particle size) are then measured and packaged by a packaging machine, while unqualified materials, accounting for approximately 6% of the total output, are collected separately.
