A fluidized bed dryer for preparing metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets, characterized by comprising a vertically arranged cylinder, a fluidized bed, a sieve plate, an air ring, and an air box. The sieve plate includes a sieve mesh and a sieve plate ring arranged on the outer periphery of the sieve mesh. The lower end of the cylinder is movably connected to the upper end of the fluidized bed, and the lower end of the fluidized bed is connected to the sieve plate ring via a rubber tube. The upper end of the air box is connected to the air ring via a rubber tube, and the air ring and the sieve plate ring can be fixed together through a buckle combination. A reciprocating motor is arranged on one side of the fluidized bed, and the output end of the reciprocating motor is connected to one side of the air ring via a connecting rod. An air inlet pipe is arranged on one side of the air box, and the air box is connected to an air filtration system through the air inlet pipe. An air outlet pipe is arranged on one side of the upper part of the cylinder, and the cylinder is connected to a negative pressure system through the air outlet pipe.
The fluidized bed dryer for preparing metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets according to claim 1 is characterized in that the air filtration system comprises an air heater, a high-efficiency filter, and a medium-efficiency filter connected in sequence, and the end of the air inlet pipe away from the air box is connected to the air heater.
A fluid bed dryer for preparing metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets, characterized in that the negative pressure system comprises a cyclone dust collector and a negative pressure fan connected in sequence, and the end of the air outlet pipe away from the cylinder is connected to the cyclone dust collector.

A fluidized bed dryer for preparing metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets, characterized in that it further comprises two load-bearing shafts, each disposed on the left and right outer side walls of the fluidized bed, with fixing rods arranged on both sides of the load-bearing shafts, the load-bearing shafts being connected to the fluidized bed via the fixing rods, movable rods hinged to the load-bearing shafts, and the lower ends of the movable rods being connected to the outer edge of the sieve plate ring.
