Chemical Raw Material Disc DryerPLG-2200X16
Wet material is continuously added from the feeder to theChemical Raw Material Disc DryerOn the upper **layer drying tray**, the rabble arm with rabble blades rotates to continuously turn and spread the material. The material flows across the surface of the drying tray along an exponential spiral path. On the small drying tray, the material is moved to the outer edge and falls onto the outer edge of the large drying tray below. On the large drying tray, the material moves inward and falls into the next small drying tray through the central discharge opening. The small and large drying trays are arranged alternately in an up-and-down pattern, allowing the material to flow continuously through the entire dryer. The hollow drying trays are supplied with a heating medium, which can be in the form of saturated steam, hot water, or thermal oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying tray and exits from the other end. The dried material falls from the last drying tray to the bottom layer of the shell and is finally moved by the rabble blades to the discharge port for removal. Moisture escapes from the material and is discharged through the moisture exhaust port located on the top cover. For the vacuum-type disc dryer, the moisture is extracted through the vacuum pump port on the top cover. The dry material discharged from the bottom layer can be directly packaged. By adding auxiliary equipment such as fin heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, dry material recirculation mechanisms, and induced draft fans, the drying capacity can be enhanced. This facilitates the drying of pasty and heat-sensitive materials, enables convenient solvent recovery, and allows for pyrolysis and reaction operations.
