NQF-400 Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate Airflow Dryer
The material is uniformly fed into the drying main unit via a quantitative feeder. A high-speed upward airflow at the bottom of the drying main unit lifts the material, and the high-speed airflow, carrying a large amount of heat, instantly comes into full contact with the wet material to achieve drying. The dried material enters the discharge hopper along with the airflow. The discharge hopper does not use a cyclone dust collection structure, which helps minimize damage to the material's crystals. The material settles freely in the discharge hopper and is discharged through a rotary valve. Fine powder enters the bag filter along with the airflow for filtration and dust removal, ensuring that the exhaust gas meets emission standards.
The discharge port of the material bin and the discharge port of the baghouse dust collector are both equipped with dust suction hoods, which can significantly improve the operating environment of the workshop. The dust captured by the suction hoods is still drawn into the baghouse dust collector for filtration.
