Overview of White Carbon Black Dryer

The white carbon black dryer is a new type of high-efficiency fluidized drying equipment developed by our company to overcome the low efficiency and high energy consumption of static drying. During the design process, the machine fully integrates the characteristics of fluidized drying, such as airflow drying, leveraging strengths and avoiding weaknesses, resulting in a reasonable process structure and superior performance. It truly achieves the goals of low energy consumption and high efficiency in fluidized drying.

White Carbon Black Rotary Flash Dryer XSG-1600The application range is extremely broad, and it can be used for dehumidification and drying of flame retardants, molecular sieves, rubber and plastic additives, pesticides, pigments, dyes, fine chemicals, feed, pharmaceuticals, and certain intermediates.

Hot air enters the stirring and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the white carbon black dryer at a certain speed through the air inlet, exerting strong shearing, floating, and rotating effects on the material. As a result, the material undergoes centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, leading to micronization, which enhances mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the white carbon black dryer, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically broken under the action of the stirrer. Particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried upward by the rotating airflow, undergoing further drying during the ascent. Due to the rotational flow of the gas-solid phase, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, resulting in a relatively high relative velocity between the solid and gas phases. This enhances the heat transfer effect between the two phases, thereby achieving high drying intensity in this machine.

6. The high circumferential air velocity in the drying chamber and the short material residence time effectively prevent material adhesion to the walls and deterioration of heat-sensitive materials.
