Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Flash Dryer Production Line
1) The production capacity of this production line is 2 tons per hour of finished product (dicalcium phosphate) when the inlet temperature is 200°C.
2) The finished product meets feed-grade requirements.
3) One matching sieve (80 mesh, dust-proof), with parts in contact with materials made of 304 stainless steel.
4) One supporting packaging production line includes: automatic weighing, filling, manual bagging, automatic bag sewing machine, automatic bag turning machine, automatic weight rechecking, and the supporting conveying system, along with PE+PP composite packaging bags.
5) The moisture content of materials entering the production line shall not exceed 50%, and the moisture content of finished products shall not exceed 12% (tested using the rapid moisture method). The exhaust air temperature at the outlet shall not exceed 80°C. The production line must reserve hoisting devices and installation positions. While meeting the process requirements, the overall height of the equipment should be kept as low as possible to facilitate installation and future maintenance.
6) Heating method: Direct-fired hot air furnace (natural gas combustion). The outlet temperature can be adjusted based on production capacity within a range of 200–300°C (or 200–350°C). The specific range should be selected according to usage conditions and equipment costs.
7) The on-site environment of the production line must meet industry requirements, and dust emissions must comply with environmental protection standards.
8) The parts of the drying production line that come into contact with the product shall be made of 316L stainless steel plate with a thickness of 3.0 mm (the thickness must not be less than 3.0 mm), and the manufacturer must provide a "Product Quality Certificate."
9) Compare the advantages and disadvantages of applying two dust removal methods—water bath dust removal and baghouse dust removal—in this production line, and provide recommendations. For example, if the outlet temperature of the baghouse dust collector must not fall below 70°C, what measures should be taken to ensure this? How should the materials in the baghouse dust collector be handled? How should the mixture of materials and water from the water bath dust removal be treated?
10) The variable frequency adjustment of the feed screw must meet the requirement of 3 tons per hour. The drying line and fan capacity are designed for 2 tons per hour, while the screening machine, rotary airlock feeder, and packaging line are designed for 3 tons per hour.
11) Process flow: The material to be dried is passed through an 80-mesh sieve after drying. Qualified materials (determined by particle size) are then measured and packaged by a packaging machine, while unqualified materials, accounting for approximately 6% of the total output, are collected separately.
Tasks to be completed by the manufacturer: Design, manufacture, install, and commission the production line based on the technical requirements provided by Party A and in consideration of the operating conditions. It must be ensured that the equipment level of the production line is advanced across the entire industry and that the engineering quality is comprehensive.
