The powder feed rate is 300 kg for the dry granulator.

Capacity Requirement: The equipment production capacity must ensure that the powder feed rate is ≥300 kg/h. (Based on a first-pass yield rate of 60%, the qualified granule output must be ≥160 kg/h). The screening equipment capacity should match the output of the dry granulator to prevent material accumulation or blockage.

The equipment comes with a built-in cooling system, allowing for self-circulating cooling of components such as the pressure rollers that require cooling. The cooling circulating water can be connected via pipelines and discharged normally. To ensure stable operation of the equipment, corresponding servo drives are provided.

The entire granulation process involves closed material conveyance, ensuring the material is always isolated from the outside environment, thereby maintaining its humidity, cleanliness, and freedom from contamination, with no powder leakage.

Based on the characteristics of different materials and production requirements, after the roller gap is set, the system automatically adjusts the screw feeding speed by real-time detection of the gap between the two rollers, ensuring uniform feeding and consistent sheet thickness, thereby achieving stable granulation quality and uniform particle size distribution.

The dry granulator is primarily used for the dry granulation production of formula granules, where the material properties are unique. Therefore, there is a need to ensure consistent appearance of the resulting granules during the dry granulation process for materials with strong adhesion.

Dry materials with a moisture content of 2%–5% can be normally processed through dry pressing, and no sticking to the rollers occurs even for materials with high viscosity. (It is recommended to prioritize consideration of roller cooling.)

Dry Granulator, comprising a casing and a raw material inlet arranged on the casing; a stirring device is connected below the raw material inlet; a screw feeding device is connected below the stirring device; a working chamber with a discharge port at the bottom is provided on one side of the screw feeding device; a vibrating screen is arranged at the discharge port of the working chamber; a roller pressing device, a crushing device, and a granulation unit are arranged inside the working chamber; the outlet of the screw feeding device extends into the working chamber and is connected to the roller pressing device; the roller pressing device is connected to the crushing device; the crushing device is connected to the granulation unit; the granulation unit is located above the vibrating screen; a return material inlet connected to the screw feeding device is also arranged on the casing; the return material on the vibrating screen is drawn into the return material inlet through a feeding device. The present invention is provided with a return material inlet and a feeding mechanism, which can reintroduce the return material on the vibrating screen into the screw feeding device for cyclic processing, replacing manual operation, reducing labor, and improving production efficiency.
