EYH-2000 Two-Dimensional Motion Mixer for Powder Materials

Our basic requirements for mixing:

1) The net weight of the batch after mixing is 3 tons (the product has a bulk density between 0.4-0.5, white powdery material).

2) During the mixing process, the product must not be contaminated. For example, seal oil leakage, transmission wear, etc.!

3) During the mixing process, shearing, extrusion, friction, etc., must not damage the crystal form of the product!

4) When switching products, the mixer should be easy to clean.

5) During the mixing process, will shearing, extrusion, friction, etc. cause the product temperature to rise?

6) Clean discharge. (What should be done if the product bridges during discharge?)

7) Material: "316L, EP electropolished" or "glass-lined"
