When drying sticky materials, our company will design a "scraper plate" structure or install rollers inside the tank. The equipment uses indirect heating, ensuring the material is not contaminated and meets GMP requirements. The equipment is easy to maintain and clean, with high thermal efficiency—more than twice that of ordinary ovens. Additionally, the equipment features automatic constant temperature control, with a temperature range of 20–160°C, making it suitable for drying biochemical products and mineral raw materials that are prone to oxidation, volatilization, heat sensitivity, strong irritation, toxicity, or where crystal structure must not be damaged.
