The double-door cleanroom oven is a time-honored general-purpose drying equipment. It offers a wide range of applications, uniform temperature distribution, high thermal efficiency, and simple operation. The technical specifications are described as follows:

1. Equipment Material: Both the inner and outer walls are made of SUS304 stainless steel. Inner wall: δ=2.0mm, fully welded inner cavity with rounded corners; this ensures no air leakage between the oven and the outside during operation, facilitates easy cleaning of the equipment, and prevents water seepage in the insulation layer, guaranteeing the cleanliness of each dried item. Outer wall: δ=1.5mm, made of brushed plate. The outer surface of the box is flat, smooth, uniform in color, aesthetically pleasing overall, and free from obvious unevenness.

2. The impeller and volute of the circulating fan are both made of stainless steel to ensure the cleanliness of the circulating air volume. A centrifugal fan with high air volume and high air pressure is selected as the circulating fan for forced ventilation, which can accelerate the drying speed of materials and ensure the uniformity of material drying.

3. The air intake of the double-door clean room oven is filtered in two stages. The fresh air intake is equipped with a medium-efficiency filter, ensuring the fresh air reaches a cleanliness level of 300,000. Each cycle of heated hot air is filtered through a high-temperature high-efficiency filter, ensuring that the hot air entering the drying oven achieves a cleanliness level of at least 10,000, thereby guaranteeing the cleanliness of the drying process.
