Two-door, four-tray hot air circulation drying oven

Device Overview:

The heating method of the two-door, four-tray hot air circulation oven is steam heating. The material is stainless steel tubes with stainless steel fins. It offers good heat dissipation and hygienic conditions. The steam flow is regulated by a steam proportional valve to ensure uniform temperature, with a fluctuation range of approximately ±1°C.

In the circulation system of the two-door, four-trolley hot air circulation oven, air enters simultaneously from both sides of the main unit and is concentrated for exhaust in the middle, reducing the temperature difference between the left and right sides of the oven compared to conventional designs. The air inlet and outlet equalizing devices adopt quick-install unequal-ratio perforated plates. Based on the guiding principles of air volume and pressure for both inlet and outlet airflow, multiple sets of unequal-ratio perforated plates are designed as distribution devices for the inward hot air, achieving a smaller temperature difference. Additionally, the air equalizing mesh panels are fixed to the main unit using a quick-install fastening method, allowing for rapid cleaning and washing of the inlet and outlet air ducts to ensure the sanitary cleanliness inside the oven.

The equipment is designed with a total of 5 drainage outlets in the air intake duct, under the material cart, and in the air exhaust duct, ensuring that all wastewater is quickly drained after cleaning. These 5 drainage outlets converge into a single main pipe for centralized discharge, reducing the total number of drainage outlets, thereby minimizing the need for floor drains in the factory.

The equipment is designed with a total of 7 online cleaning ports on the air intake and exhaust ducts, covering the entire system, enabling quick and convenient online cleaning under normal conditions.

The oven track is of an upward convex clamp type, connected to the base plate using round-foot welding. The oven cart is equipped with inclined ramps for easy entry and exit, which also reduces dead corners without compromising drainage performance.

The construction of the drying cart uses stainless steel square tubes for the uprights and stainless steel angle steel for the crossbeams, welded with argon arc welding. The wheels are made of high-temperature-resistant nylon, with each drying cart equipped with 2 fixed wheels and 2 swivel wheels. The overall structure of the drying cart is reasonable, with high strength, and is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.

The heating system (heater and high-temperature high-efficiency filter) of the two-door, four-truck hot air circulation drying oven is centralized in a sealed stainless steel enclosure, offering excellent thermal insulation and high sanitary cleanliness. The high-temperature high-efficiency filter adopts a drawer-type quick-installation structure, enabling rapid cleaning and replacement. The accompanying connectors are designed with butterfly screw quick-installation for system connections, facilitating convenient maintenance and inspection.

The oven door lock adopts an advanced adjustable tension lock, offering excellent locking performance and convenient operation. A high-temperature resistant, non-toxic silicone rubber sealing ring is used between the door and the oven body, ensuring superior sealing performance. The insulation layer of the oven is made of ultra-fine glass wool, providing excellent thermal insulation.

All round flanges in the system are connected using quick-release clamps, and all square flanges adopt a butterfly screw quick-install design, facilitating the disassembly and cleaning of pipelines.

The main unit of the two-door, four-truck hot air circulation drying oven is equipped with 2 quick validation ports, facilitating the verification of temperature, humidity, and other parameters during operation.
