Performance Requirements

The parts of the packaging machine that come into contact with materials are made of stainless steel 304, with the stainless steel surface polished to prevent contamination of the materials. The main frame is made of carbon steel with a plastic coating, and no other special requirements are needed. The machine should have an aesthetically pleasing appearance and a stable structure.

Feeding system

During weighing, the feeding device supplies material, and once the feeding is complete, the device automatically shuts off. The feeding system adopts dual-speed feeding to ensure that both the feeding speed and accuracy meet the requirements, resulting in stable, rapid, and highly precise feeding control.

Bag Clamping Device (Including Airbag Inflation System)

After manually placing the feeding section of the packaging bag onto the discharge chute, the bag clamp is operated by hand to press the bag tightly against the discharge chute. Once the bagging process is complete, the cylinder automatically releases the bag. The bag clamp is equipped with dust removal and inflation interfaces, ensuring no dust leakage during operation.

Tray compartment

Whenever a packaging operation is completed, the current position of the fully loaded pallet is replaced by the next empty pallet from the pallet magazine. The empty pallet is transferred from the pallet magazine to the appropriate position on the packaging conveyor, and all operations are completed automatically.

Tray Conveyor

A chain (or slat) conveyor, connected to the pallet storage magazine, is responsible for automatically supplying empty pallets to the packaging station.

Inflatable system

The inflation system inflates the packaging bag to make it bulge, facilitating material bagging. During inflation, the inflation valve opens, the dust exhaust valve closes, and the inflation fan starts. Once inflation is complete, the inflation valve closes, the dust exhaust valve opens, and the inflation fan stops working.

Dust removal system

The dust removal system uses a baghouse dust collector with automatic reverse pulse cleaning to ensure no dust is generated during packaging. Dust removal efficiency: >99%

Electrical Protection

The motor is IP55, the on-site instruments and sensors are IP65, and the control cabinet is IP55.

Anti-static

System grounding must be implemented for all equipment on the packaging line, and grounding cables need to be provided.

After-sales service

The seller is responsible for providing free warranty service for the equipment, with a warranty period of one year from the date of installation, commissioning, and acceptance, or 18 months from the date the equipment arrives at the site, whichever occurs first. The entire machine is covered by a one-year warranty.

During the warranty period, all repair costs (including the cost of replacing parts) arising from equipment quality or installation and commissioning issues shall be borne by the supplier.

After the warranty period, the supplier should conduct regular follow-up visits, promptly notify the user of any issues found, and provide spare parts for equipment maintenance at a discounted price.

When a supplier receives a user's request for maintenance of purchased instruments and equipment, they should respond within 8 hours and dispatch maintenance personnel to the user's site as soon as possible to carry out repair services.

Performance Guarantee

The seller guarantees that the equipment provided can achieve all performance indicators specified in the contract under normal operation of the device and can operate stably and reliably over the long term. The assessment period shall be no less than 72 hours. If the equipment fails to meet the design requirements due to the seller's design reasons, the buyer has the right to demand a return of the goods.
