Main Equipment: The equipment as a whole complies with GMP requirements, is easy to disassemble and clean, and has no sanitary dead corners. The parts in contact with materials are mirror-polished with Ra ≤ 0.4mm, and the external surfaces are mirror-polished with Ra ≤ 0.8mm. All external structural components must be made of SUS304, for example, the motor must be equipped with a stainless steel protective cover.

Packaged product: Amino acid powder, density 0.25-0.35 g/ml.

Packaging specification: 25kg, packaged in PE bags, bag size: 1200*750*0.06mm.

Packaging speed: The filling method is screw filling, and the packaging speed is no less than 1 bag per minute.

Measurement method: Weighing type measurement, weighing accuracy ±10g:

Hopper: The hopper volume should be as large as possible, with level control and high/low level alarm prompts. The equipment is installed in a cleanroom with a height of 4.2m, and the floor height is 5.1m.

Vacuum feeding: The hopper is equipped with a vacuum feeding system. In the quotation plan, this item is listed in the equipment details and quoted separately.

Others: 1. Due to the small particle size of the powder, it is prone to dusting, and dust removal must be considered when using the packaging machine.

2. Electrical control box, protection level IP65, with consideration for explosion-proof requirements.

3. The motor shall be explosion-proof, and exposed parts of the motor shall be equipped with stainless steel protective covers.
