High dispersion and mixing efficiency.

The equipment has a linear dispersion speed of 20m/s or above, enabling rapid and thorough dispersion of powder into liquid. The butterfly stirrer features a unique angle design, providing excellent mixing performance. Dual dispersion and stirring ensure product quality and dispersion effectiveness.

Easy to operate and safe.

The equipment uses an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator, with a control valve to manage the disperser's ascent, stop, and descent, offering simple operation and high stability. The dispersion disc is secured to the main shaft with hexagon socket bolts, allowing for convenient and quick disassembly, replacement, and easy cleaning.

Diverse methods

Design different forms of dispersion discs and agitator sizes based on process conditions and material characteristics to achieve optimal dispersion and mixing effects. The agitator can be designed with a wall-scraping function to eliminate dead zones, prevent slurry adhesion to the walls, and improve product uniformity.

The dispersion disc of the disc-type dual-shaft hydraulic disperser operates at high speed, causing the material to form a circular flow and generate a strong vortex, which descends in a spiral pattern to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shearing, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution functions. The butterfly-shaped agitator produces effective radial and axial actions, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, thereby moving the entire transmission mechanism and working group.
