Product Introduction
The hydraulic disperser with a lifting cover is a new type of high-efficiency mixing equipment designed for crushing, dispersing, emulsifying, and mixing liquid raw materials of different viscosities in a slurry form. It operates through the high-speed rotation of the upper and lower serrations on the dispersion disc, applying high-speed, intense shearing, impact, crushing, and dispersing actions to the materials, thereby achieving rapid mixing, dissolving, dispersing, and refining functions.

Optional wall-scraping type is available, with a disperser linear speed of over 20m/s, enabling rapid and thorough dispersion of powder into liquid materials.

Easy to operate and safe.

The disperser uses an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator, with a control valve to manage the raising, stopping, and lowering of the disperser, offering simple operation and high stability. The dispersion disc is fixed to the main shaft using a hexagonal bolt clamp, allowing for convenient and quick disassembly and replacement, as well as easy cleaning.

Maintenance and use are convenient.

The design of the pneumatic lifting cover plate accommodates material barrels of different heights on a single machine. The pneumatic flip-open cover design reduces labor intensity for workers.

The non-standard nature is strong.

Customizable various types of non-standard products, such as explosion-proof, sealed vacuum, multi-cylinder, etc. The material can be customized as SS21 or SS316L stainless steel according to requirements.

The hydraulic disperser with a lifting cover operates at high speed, causing the material to form a circular flow and generate a strong vortex, which spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear, impact, and friction occur between particles, enabling rapid dispersion and dissolution. An optional PTFE wall scraper can be fitted to rotate along the inner wall of the barrel, scraping it clean to resolve material adhesion issues while accelerating material circulation. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, moving the entire transmission mechanism and working group. The pneumatic lifting cover design allows the same machine to accommodate barrels of different heights, and the pneumatic lid-opening feature facilitates feeding, reducing labor intensity for workers.
