High dispersion efficiency and excellent product quality.

The equipment can reach a **rotation speed of up to 3000 rpm** and a **linear speed of up to 33 m/s** (recommended linear speed under normal conditions: 20-25 m/s), enabling rapid and uniform dispersion of materials into the liquid. Due to the extremely high shear force, the materials are evenly dispersed, achieving excellent suspension effects. It is equipped with a double-end mechanical seal structure, providing effective vacuum sealing and defoaming performance.

Easy to operate and safe.

The equipment features electric lifting, operates with low noise, and can quickly raise, lower, and secure the sealed drum. The dispersion disc is fixed to the main shaft with hexagon socket bolts, allowing for convenient and rapid disassembly, replacement, and easy cleaning. It is equipped with a locking seal strip mechanism that can quickly secure the sealed drum in place.

Small temperature rise

The ingredient mixing tank can be selected with a double-layer cooling jacket, allowing water cooling during operation to achieve excellent cooling effects, with a temperature rise of less than 10°.

The laboratory vacuum disperser utilizes the high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc to create a circular flow of the material, generating a strong vortex that spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, and uniform mixing. An optional vacuum pump device is used to control the vacuum inside the tank.
