The diaphragm pump of the pin-type bead mill circulates the material between the material tank and the grinding chamber. The high-fill-rate grinding media in the chamber is driven by the rotation of the disc, generating forces in various directions and irregular motion. The particles in the material are continuously collided and rubbed by the grinding media. Meanwhile, the screen separates the material from the grinding media, allowing the material to continuously circulate from the material tank to the grinding chamber. This achieves the goal of reducing particle size and narrowing the particle size distribution range.
