High grinding efficiency, good product fineness.
The powerful kinetic energy drives the zirconia stirring rod, causing the grinding media in the chamber to undergo irregular motion, with high-speed collisions and friction between them, rapidly reducing the particle size of the powder. The grinding fineness can generally reach around 5μm, and for some products, it can achieve submicron or even nanometer levels.
Easy to operate and safe.
The equipment uses an oil cylinder as the lifting actuator and controls the grinding device's ascent, stop, and descent via an oil pump, ensuring simple and stable operation. It is equipped with various types of clamping devices that can quickly secure the grinding barrel, preventing displacement during operation and thereby avoiding safety accidents.
Low temperature rise, stable product performance.
The ingredient tank is equipped with a double-layer cooling jacket, which allows water cooling during operation, ensuring excellent cooling performance with a typical temperature rise of less than 10°C. The grinding chamber can be customized with cooling.

The motor of the vacuum sealed basket mill drives the stirring rod and the bottom dispersion disc to rotate at high speed, creating a vacuum above the dispersion disc and inside the basket cavity, causing the slurry to be drawn into the basket grinding chamber. The stirring rod drives the grinding media within the chamber to generate forces in all directions, causing the particles in the material to undergo continuous collision and friction with the media, resulting in reduced particle size and a narrower particle size range. The high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc generates a vortex that draws the material out of the chamber and recirculates it back to the feed inlet, achieving a highly significant dispersion and mixing effect. The hydraulic pump operates to drive the hydraulic plunger for lifting and lowering, thereby moving the entire transmission mechanism and grinding unit.
