The equipment can reach a speed of **2800 rpm**, and its powerful kinetic energy drives the zirconia stirring rod to cause irregular movement of the grinding media in the chamber. The media collide and rub against each other at high speed, rapidly reducing the particle size of the powder, resulting in excellent grinding fineness.

The equipment uses a cylinder as the lifting actuator, with a pneumatic control valve to manage the grinding device's ascent, stop, and descent. It features low air consumption and simple operation. The motor of the pneumatic lifting basket mill drives the stirring rod and the bottom dispersion disc to rotate at high speed, creating a vacuum in the upper part of the dispersion disc and inside the basket cavity, causing the slurry to be drawn into the basket grinding chamber. The stirring rod drives the grinding media within the chamber to generate forces in all directions, causing the particles in the material to undergo continuous collision and friction, resulting in a reduction in particle size and a narrower particle size range. The high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc generates a vortex that draws the material out of the chamber and recirculates it back to the feed inlet, achieving a highly significant dispersion and mixing effect. The cylinder is controlled by rotating a pneumatic valve or using solenoid valve jog control, enabling the cylinder to lift and lower, thereby driving the motor and the working head to move up and down.
