Product Introduction
The single-stage high-shear emulsifying pump is a high-efficiency emulsifier designed for continuous production or cyclic processing of fine materials. The motor drives the rotor to operate at high speed, utilizing mechanical external forces to narrow the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials, thereby uniformly distributing one phase into one or more other phases. This achieves refinement, homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification, resulting in a stable emulsion state. The single-stage in-line high-shear emulsifier can be equipped with a feed pump at the front stage, making it suitable for medium to high viscosity materials. The equipment features low noise, stable operation, no dead corners, and ensures that 100% of the material undergoes dispersion and shearing. It also has short-distance, low-lift conveying capabilities.

The single-stage high-shear emulsifying pump adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotor-stator is installed inside the narrow and long working chamber, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer mechanism. The rotor and stator are coupled in pairs and highly coordinated. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft operates at high speed, creating a vacuum in the rotor-stator. The material is sucked into the rotor-stator chamber from the inlet. The powerful kinetic energy generates an extremely high linear speed of the rotor, causing the material to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shear in the gap between the rotor and stator before being ejected. Under the action of forces in multiple different directions, a strong turbulent flow is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycles of operation can be performed.
The single-stage high-shear emulsifying pump is suitable for emulsifying and homogenizing various fluids with viscosities below 10,000 cps, such as water-based and oil-based inks, industrial paints and wood coatings, various color pastes, pesticide suspensions, asphalt, fruit juice and jam, lubricating oil, cosmetics, dairy products, textile auxiliaries, and more.
