Product Introduction
The manual lifting emulsifier is fixed onto various containers and can be configured as a sealed vacuum type. When combined with other kettle-mounted equipment, it enables automated system production. Through mechanical external force, it narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials, allowing one phase to be uniformly distributed into one or more other phases. This achieves refinement, homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification, resulting in a stable emulsion state. The working head is made of a new type of bidirectional material, precision-crafted from stainless steel forgings. It is available in top-mounted and bottom-mounted configurations, with three installation methods: vertical, offset, and inclined. Under pressure application conditions, a double-end-face mechanical seal with a self-lubricating sealing system is employed.


Product Features

1. The independently developed and designed working head structure ensures stable operation, low maintenance costs, and easy cleaning.

2. The emulsifier is fixed on a pneumatic lifting bracket, making it easy to move and simple to operate.

3. The rotor and stator are manufactured from solid forged materials using CNC machining centers, ensuring high precision of the emulsifying head and strong pre-cutting, homogenizing, and emulsifying performance.

4. The parts in contact with materials can be made of stainless steel 304, 316L, and titanium alloy.

The manual lifting emulsifier features precision machining technology, with a high degree of coordination between the rotor and stator. The powerful motor rotates at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator, causing materials to be drawn in from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy generates an extremely high linear speed for the rotor, causing the materials to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and powerful shearing within the gap between the rotor and stator before being ejected. Under the influence of multiple forces in different directions, a strong turbulent flow is created. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and a mature process, the materials undergo repeated cycles of deaggregation, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing over a certain period, ultimately forming a stable emulsion.
