A hydraulic lifting emulsifier uses mechanical external force to narrow the particle size of liquid-liquid or solid-liquid materials, allowing one phase to be uniformly distributed into one or more other phases. This achieves the effects of refinement, homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification, thereby forming a stable emulsion state. The working head of the hydraulic lifting emulsifier is precision-crafted from stainless steel forgings. Depending on different emulsification requirements, the equipment can feature various working head structures. The hydraulic lifting emulsifier is controlled for lifting via hydraulics.

Product Features

The hydraulic lifting emulsifier features a precision machining process, with a high degree of coordination between the rotor and stator. A powerful motor drives high-speed rotation, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator, causing materials to be drawn in from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy generates an extremely high linear speed of the rotor, subjecting the materials to intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and powerful shear within the gap between the rotor and stator, before being ejected. Under the action of multiple forces in different directions, a strong turbulent flow is produced. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and a mature process, the materials undergo repeated cycles of deaggregation, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shear over a certain period, resulting in a stable emulsion.

Hydraulic lifting emulsifiers are widely used in food and beverages, coatings, inks, papermaking, adhesives, lubricants, pesticides, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. They are suitable for emulsifying and homogenizing low, medium, and high viscosity fluids, such as water-based and oil-based inks, industrial paints and wood coatings, various color pastes, pesticide suspensions, asphalt, fruit juice and jam, pulp, biodiesel, lubricants, face creams, lipsticks, dairy products, textile auxiliaries, and pharmaceutical syrups.
