The weighing liquid filling machine uses the gravimetric method for measurement, controlling the opening of the feed valve through the signal output from the load cell to achieve automatic filling. The front end of the feed inlet is equipped with a feed pump or a pressurized raw material storage tank to transport the material from the tank to the filling machine. A filtering device can be added before filling to remove impurities and ensure product quality. It is widely used in industries such as coatings, inks, paints, asphalt, adhesives, lubricating oils, petrochemicals, and fine chemicals. It is suitable not only for filling fluids but also for filling paste products.

Utilizing internationally renowned Mettler-Toledo load cells, the scale platform achieves an accuracy of over 0.02%, ensuring precise filling; equipped with an automated control instrument for automatic feeding; features include automatic zeroing at startup, automatic weight error correction, power-off protection, fault detection, and the ability to restore factory settings after incorrect operations, highlighting significant intelligent advantages.

The filling feed uses pipeline connections, resulting in minimal solvent evaporation and a good on-site environment; the filling head can be designed with a lifting mechanism, making it suitable for foam-prone materials.
The automation control instrument receives the weight signal from the load cell and controls the opening of the feeding valve (0-90 degrees) to achieve automatic filling. The filling head can be designed with or without a lifting function based on the characteristics of the material.
Workflow:
1. Manually place the pallet (including empty drums) onto the weighing platform.
2. Manually move the filling nozzle to the barrel opening, position it, and send a start filling signal.
3. The controller automatically monitors and provides feedback control signals.
4. Based on the control signal, the filling valve is controlled via the solenoid valve to achieve flow control such as high flow, low flow, and shut-off.
5. The lifting control of the filling nozzle can be designed based on the material characteristics.
