Our company has years of experience in mixer applications across various industries. Based on the characteristics of the materials and different mixing effect requirements, we can select the appropriate blade type and rotational speed to quickly transition the fluid into a transitional or turbulent flow state. This enables the fluid to exhibit both axial and radial motion simultaneously. By maintaining this state for a certain period, a uniformly mixed liquid can be achieved.

The dispersion tank can be equipped with 1 or 2 high-speed dispersers and emulsifiers as needed. The **rotational speed** of the disperser and emulsifying equipment can reach 2930 rpm (conventional 1450 rpm), with a linear speed of over 20 m/s, enabling rapid and uniform dispersion of powder materials into liquid materials. Due to the extremely high shear force applied, the materials are evenly dispersed, resulting in excellent suspension effects.

The dispersion disc is fixed to the main shaft with clamp bolts, allowing for convenient and quick disassembly and replacement, as well as easy cleaning. The agitator is secured to the main shaft with bolts, facilitating easy movement and disassembly.

Customizable for various types of non-standard products, such as explosion-proof, sealed vacuum, with scraping wall, multifunctional, etc. The material can be customized as SS304 or SS316L stainless steel according to requirements.
Driven by the power unit, the mixing blade rotates in a fixed direction. During rotation, it drives the material to undergo both axial and radial rotation. The material inside the mixer simultaneously experiences axial motion and circular motion, resulting in several mixing forms such as shear mixing and diffusion mixing. This enables efficient and rapid mixing and blending of the material. The dispersion disc operates at high speed, causing the material to form a circular flow, generating a strong vortex that descends in a spiral pattern to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear impact and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution. The mixing disc, through its circular motion, generates a strong radial effect, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency.
The precision machining process of the emulsifier/screw head ensures a high degree of fit between the rotor and stator. The powerful motor rotates at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator, causing the material to be drawn in from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy generates an extremely high linear speed of the rotor, causing the material to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shear within the gap between the rotor and stator before being ejected. Under the action of multiple forces in different directions, a strong turbulent flow is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and a mature process, the material undergoes repeated cycles of deagglomeration, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing over a certain period, resulting in a stable emulsion. Equipped with a stirring and scraping wall mechanism, the mixing is more uniform and thorough.
