Working Principle:
Airflow pulverizer classifierThe ZJ series inert gas protection jet mill and classifier is designed for crushing flammable, explosive, or easily oxidized materials by introducing inert gases (such as nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, etc.) as the medium to achieve closed-loop crushing. It consists of a nitrogen compression system, nitrogen filtration system, crushing system, classification system, collection system, feeding and discharging system, nitrogen purity testing and replenishment system, nitrogen generation system, and electrical control system. This equipment is widely used in the processing of metal powders, easily oxidized raw materials, and flammable and explosive materials.
Equipment Features:
1. Capable of processing materials with Mohs hardness levels 1-10, and can perform mixed grinding of several materials.
2. Isolate oxygen, select the purity of inert gas based on the specific requirements of the processed product, and achieve fully enclosed recycling of inert gas, resulting in minimal loss and reduced costs.
3. The oxygen consumption during processing can be precisely monitored, and the oxygen content in the system can be controlled as needed, reaching below 1PPM. Automatic replenishment of inert gases such as nitrogen is achieved to maintain pressure balance, ensuring that the oxygen content always remains within safety production standards.
4. Materials are added at a constant speed. The bending angles of the equipment's inlet and outlet pipes, as well as the shapes of various components, are all determined through scientific calculations, ensuring no dead corners and preventing powder from accumulating inside the pipes.
5. A cooling device is installed on the operating pipeline to reduce safety risks during prolonged equipment operation or in high-temperature environments.
6. The entire system is equipped with explosion-proof holes on the pipelines, reducing losses to zero in the event of deflagration or explosion caused by excessive internal pressure or concentration levels.
7. Fully sealed negative pressure operation, automatic pulse dust cleaning, imported high-precision filter material, high dust collection efficiency.
8. The entire system adopts automated control, enabling one-key start and stop. It is simple and convenient to operate and can be connected to the central control for remote control.
