Working Principle:

The ZJ series utilizes high-speed airflow to accelerate materials to supersonic speeds, causing them to collide with each other at the intersection of nozzles. The fluidized bed jet mill employs multiple oppositely arranged nozzles to generate high-speed airflow, achieving ultra-fine grinding. The crushed materials are carried by the rising airflow into the classifier chamber of the classifier. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classifying rotor, particles are subjected to both the centrifugal force generated by the classifying rotor and the centripetal force produced by the viscous effect of the airflow. When the centrifugal force on the particles exceeds the centripetal force, i.e., coarse particles above the classification particle size return to the grinding chamber for further impact crushing, while fine particles are carried by the airflow into the cyclone separator and collector for collection, with the gas being discharged by the induced draft fan.

The ZJ Series Fluidized Bed Jet Mill is an upgraded product replacing traditional fluidized bed jet mills, opposed jet mills, horizontal jet mills, and other types of jet mills.
