Application: The semi-countercurrent tank is suitable for ore particle sizes ranging fromRoughing and cleaning for particle sizes of 0.5~0mm, especially suitable for cleaning minerals with a particle size of 0.15~0mm.
The reverse flow tank is suitable for ore particle sizes ofRoughing and scavenging for the 0.6~0mm fraction, as well as heavy medium recovery in the coal preparation industry.
The downflow chute is suitable for ore particle sizes ofRoughing and cleaning for 6~0mm.
Equipment Introduction: The permanent magnetic drum separator is suitable for mining, coal preparation plants, and other units. It is used for wet separation of fine-grained strongly magnetic minerals in weak magnetic fields or for removing strongly magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The same drum of this machine can be equipped with three types of tanks: a semi-countercurrent tank (CTB), counter-current tank (CTN), and co-current tank (CTS), each suited to different particle sizes and separation process requirements. This product is designed using computer optimization, with a rational magnetic circuit and strictly selected high-coercivity, high-remanence permanent magnets to ensure that the magnetic properties do not degrade over time, safeguarding the long-term interests of users. The overall structure is reliable and durable.
Highlight advantages:
1. The magnetic circuit design is reasonable, with a large depth of magnetic penetration and a cross or flip-type magnetic field arrangement.
2. The overall structure is reliable and durable, with multiple tank body structures available for selection.
3. The magnetic field intensity is customized based on the properties of the minerals, with a variety of magnetic field strengths available for selection.
4. The magnetic field intensity is customized based on the mineral properties, with a variety of magnetic field strengths available for selection.
Working Principle Introduction: When the slurry enters the magnetic field area through the feed hopper, the strongly magnetic minerals are adsorbed onto the surface of the drum, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are washed away by the water flow. The magnetic minerals adsorbed on the drum surface rotate with the drum, are carried out of the magnetic field area, and are flushed into the concentrate tank by rinsing water, completing the separation process.
