RCYF Permanent Magnetic Pipeline Iron Remover

The RCYF series pipeline permanent magnetic separator consists of a non-magnetic pipeline and a permanent magnet, specifically designed for removing iron from non-magnetic materials in closed pipelines. The interior of the permanent magnetic separator is composed of a composite magnetic system made of high-performance rare earth strong magnetic materials. It features a compact size, strong magnetic force, light weight, efficient and convenient iron removal, no energy consumption, and a long service life. It is suitable for applications where there is no conveyor belt and only a chute for material feeding is available. When bulk materials pass through the pipeline permanent magnetic separator, iron impurities are attracted by the high-field-strength permanent magnet. To remove the iron impurities, open the dedicated pipeline door and take out the impurities.
