Working principle

This iron remover is installed in series on the material conveying pipeline. When the material flows through the iron remover, ferromagnetic substances are adsorbed onto the stainless steel pipe wall of the device, achieving the separation of magnetic impurities from slurry or powdered materials. When magnetic substances need to be removed within a set time, loosen the bolts securing the fixed slag removal door, pull out the magnetic rod for cleaning, reinsert it after cleaning, align the flanges, insert the bolts, and tighten them.
