High sand production rateA reasonable length-to-diameter ratio and a scientifically designed discharge structure significantly reduce over-grinding of materials. The sand output rate for particle sizes ranging from 4 to 120 mesh can reach over 85%.

High-purity wear-resistantThe inner wall is lined with silica or ceramic liners, and the material undergoes self-crushing and self-grinding within the cylinder, ensuring no iron contamination during the crushing process, thereby maintaining the purity of the material.

Environmentally friendly and pollution-free.The system is equipped with an efficient pulse dust collector, which uses connecting pipes to ensure smooth connections with dust-generating equipment during production. This prevents any dust from escaping, thereby protecting the environment.

Simple structure, high efficiency.According to user requirements, multiple sets of screens with different mesh sizes can be designed and matched to achieve the efficient requirement of one-time feeding and producing multiple products.

Working principle

The raw ore, stored in a silo and sized less than 450mm, is uniformly fed into a high-purity sand making machine via a feeder. The high-purity sand making machine is equipped with quartz or ceramic liners inside its chamber. The rotation of the drum generates centrifugal force, lifting the raw material to a certain height before it falls, thereby impacting and grinding the material. The powdered material that meets the required specifications is discharged through a discharge grate, completing the grinding process. The material output from the sand making machine is first separated through a primary separation screen. Coarse particles larger than 4 mesh are returned to the mill via a coarse material return path for further crushing, while particles smaller than 4 mesh undergo iron removal via a magnetic separator before passing through a secondary separation screen. This screen separates the material into products of 4-6, 6-8, 8-16, 16-26, 26-40, 40-70, 70-120, and -120 mesh. The entire system is equipped with a high-efficiency pulse bag dust collector, ensuring that the entire production process is environmentally friendly, safe, and pollution-free.
