**Product Overview:**
The STC series high-frequency pulse demagnetizer is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment. Its main circuit power supply is industrial-frequency single-phase AC 220V, 50Hz. In the main circuit, the demagnetizing coil and its parallel pulse capacitor form an oscillating circuit. The numerical control circuit board controls the alternating switching of two thyristors in the circuit at appropriate times, completing the charging of the pulse capacitor and the discharging of the LC oscillating circuit. This generates a sine or cosine decaying magnetic field in the demagnetizing coil, thereby achieving the purpose of demagnetization.

Usage
The STC series pulse demagnetizers can be widely applied in the following industries:
1. Demagnetization before classification, screening, and filtration in magnetic separation plants yields significant results, notably improving screening and classification efficiency, reducing moisture content in concentrate filter cakes, and enhancing overall beneficiation indicators.
2. In the heavy medium coal preparation system of a coal washing plant, the weighting agent used is ferromagnetic mineral powder, which has significant residual magnetism after magnetization, leading to severe magnetic agglomeration, fast settling speed, and poor stability. Demagnetization can greatly reduce the settling speed of the magnetic medium and improve its stability.
3. In the mechanical processing powder metallurgy industry, ferromagnetic workpieces retain significant residual magnetism after being subjected to a magnetic field, causing them to attract each other or adsorb iron powder, which affects subsequent processes such as grinding.
