By adjusting the rotational speed of the classifying wheel (controlled by a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation) and incorporating a reasonable secondary air supply, a stable and well-balanced gas-solid two-phase flow is formed in the classifying zone. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the classifying wheel interacts with the suction force produced by the negative pressure of the induced draft fan, enabling effective classification of the material. With frequency converter control, the rotational speed of the classifying wheel is infinitely adjustable, allowing the finished product particle size to be freely adjusted within the range of 200 to 2000 mesh.
