Product Overview:
The TD series bucket elevator is suitable for vertical transportation of powdery, granular, and small lump materials with low abrasiveness, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc., with a lifting height of **40m**. The TD series bucket elevator is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the JB3926-85 "Vertical Bucket Elevator" standard. Currently, the commonly used bucket elevators in China are all vertical type. The characteristics of the TD series bucket elevator include: simple structure, stable operation, scoop-type loading, centrifugal gravity-type unloading, and material temperature not exceeding 60°C. Compared with the traditional D-type bucket elevator, the TD series bucket elevator has higher conveying efficiency and more bucket types, making it the preferred choice. The TD-type bucket elevator is equipped with four types of buckets, namely: Q-type (shallow bucket), H-type (curved bottom bucket), ZD-type (medium deep bucket), and SD-type (deep bucket).
Basic structure:
TD bucket elevator consists of the operating part (buckets and traction belt), the upper section with a driving pulley, the lower section with a tensioning pulley, the intermediate casing, the driving device, and the backstop braking device. It is suitable for vertically conveying loose materials with a density of ρ < 1.5 t/m³, such as non-abrasive and semi-abrasive powdery, granular, and small lump materials, including coal, sand, coke fines, cement, and crushed ore. The structural configuration of the TD bucket elevator is as follows: The transmission device of the TD bucket elevator comes in two types, equipped with either a YZ reducer or a ZQ (or YY) reducer. The YZ shaft-mounted reducer is directly installed on the main shaft head, eliminating the need for a transmission platform, coupling, etc., resulting in a compact structure and lightweight design. Additionally, it features a special-shaped roller backstop inside, ensuring reliable reverse locking. This reducer operates with low noise, runs smoothly, and floats with the main shaft, effectively eliminating installation stress.
Main Features:
1. Wide range of applications: This type of elevator has minimal requirements for the type and characteristics of materials. It can not only handle general powdery and small granular materials but also materials with high abrasiveness. It offers good sealing performance and low environmental pollution.
2. Low driving power, with inflow feeding, induced discharge, and densely arranged large-capacity hoppers. During material lifting, there is almost no backflow or scooping, resulting in minimal ineffective power.
3. Long service life: The feeder of the elevator adopts a flow-in method, eliminating the need for bucket digging, which minimizes squeezing and collision between materials. The machine is designed to ensure minimal spillage during feeding and unloading, thereby reducing mechanical wear.
4. Good operational reliability. Advanced design principles and processing methods ensure the reliability of the entire machine's operation, with a trouble-free operating time exceeding 20,000 hours. High lifting height. The elevator operates smoothly, allowing it to achieve a higher lifting height.
