Equipment Structural Features:


The self-grinding sand making machine is a new type of mill independently developed and researched by our company. It is particularly suitable for the preparation process of quartz sand and similar materials, allowing raw ore to be directly fed into the mill to produce coarse powder products.
The main working component is a horizontally placed rotating drum mounted on large sliding bearings or rolling bearings at both ends. The dry process is adopted to avoid water contamination. To prevent wear on the drum and iron contamination of the material, the inner wall of the drum and the end covers on both sides are lined with silica or alumina linings. When the autogenous mill rotates, material is simultaneously fed through the inlet.,Through the relative motion between materials, mutual impact, and collisions between materials and the cylinder lining, the purpose of crushing and grinding is achieved. Qualified materials flow out of the cylinder through the discharge grate screen, while unqualified materials continue to be ground inside the cylinder, thereby realizing the organic integration of impact, crushing, and grinding.
Utilizing the dry self-impact crushing and grinding mechanism, it avoids compartmentalization and replaces steel linings with stone or alumina linings. Without grinding media (steel balls or rods), it prevents water and iron contamination. It features outstanding advantages such as a large crushing ratio, low power consumption, low noise, innovative structure, and high efficiency with energy savings.
