Structure and Working Principle:
The QX Air Classifier is composed of several parts, including an air classifier, a classifier, a dust collector, an induced draft fan, and an electric control cabinet. The basic principle is that material particles in a fluidized state collide, rub against each other, and are repeatedly blown by the turbulent airflow. After being classified by the classifier, the product is collected in two stages (or without staging) through a segmenter, while impurities and fine dust are collected via the dust collector.
