It resolves issues associated with traditional vertical ring magnetic separators using water circulation cooling, such as inconvenient installation, environmental pollution, internal scaling and blockage of coils during long-term use, reduced insulation, and the tendency for coils to burn out.
◆ The product's cooling system is integrated with the main body, featuring a compact structure, and is easy to install, operate, and maintain.
◆ The excitation coil adopts advanced insulation curing treatment technology and is fully immersed in transformer oil, offering excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof, and corrosion-resistant properties, which significantly extends the service life of the coil.
◆ The coil adopts a layer-gap winding structure, offering a large heat dissipation area, smooth oil flow, and high heat dissipation efficiency.
◆The magnetic medium uses the company's self-developed **product**, which can generate a high-gradient magnetic field, with an **induced field strength** of up to 2T.
