Fully Automatic Electromagnetic Dry Powder Magnetic Separator


Scope of ApplicationRemoves weakly magnetic oxides, flaky rust, and other contaminants from fine powdered materials. Widely used in the purification of materials in industries such as refractory materials, ceramics, glass, and other non-metallic minerals, as well as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food sectors.


Technical Features


◆The magnetic circuit is designed using computer simulation, ensuring a scientifically sound and rational magnetic field distribution.
◆The entire outer circumference of the coil is encased in an iron armor, which improves magnetic energy utilization, increasing the magnetic field strength in the separation zone by over 8%, with a background field strength reaching above 0.6T.
◆The excitation coil housing adopts a fully sealed structure, featuring moisture-proof, dust-proof, and corrosion-resistant properties, enabling it to operate in harsh environments.
◆ The oil-water composite cooling method is adopted, which ensures rapid heat dissipation of the excitation coil, low temperature rise, and reduced thermal decay of the magnetic field.
◆The use of special materials with different magnetic medium structures results in a large magnetic field gradient and excellent iron removal performance.
◆ The vibration method is used for the iron removal and discharge processes, ensuring thorough iron removal.
◆ The distribution box is equipped with a material blocking structure to prevent material leakage around the flap, ensuring complete separation of iron powder and base materials.
