Scope of ApplicationThis product is a fine-grained dry material beneficiation equipment using a wind-driven dry magnetic separator for powder ore. It is suitable for magnetite beneficiation in arid and cold regions, as well as for the recovery of iron from fine-grained steel slag generated during ironmaking and steelmaking processes.
◆ A vibrating feeder is used for material feeding, and uniform feeding can be achieved by adjusting the feeder parameters.
◆ The magnetic system is designed with multiple magnetic poles, a large wrap angle (up to 200-260 degrees), and high field strength (3000-6000 Gs). The magnetic system structure can be adjusted based on mineral properties to achieve optimal beneficiation indicators.
◆ The linear velocity of the cylinder can be adjusted within the range of 1-20 m/s, and an appropriate linear velocity can be selected based on the properties of the ore.
◆The cylinder is made of non-metallic material and is equipped with a magnetic stirring device to improve the concentrate grade.
◆ It features a specific air knife structure, a wind compensation device, and a dust removal device (appropriate parameters can be selected based on ore properties and indicator requirements).
◆ The cylinder surface is equipped with an ore discharge device, ensuring clean discharge of concentrate.
◆The transmission system adopts variable frequency speed regulation, enabling the magnetic drum to rotate at high speed.
