Working Principle:
This production line consists of a depolymerizer, a classifier, a cyclone collector, a pulse dust collector, an induced draft fan, and an electrical control cabinet. The material enters the depolymerizer from the raw material silo for crushing. Under the suction force of the induced draft fan, the crushed material is transported through a conveying pipe to the classifier for classification. Products meeting the particle size requirements enter the cyclone collector for collection, while coarse materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the classifier. Excessively fine powders are collected by the pulse dust collector, and the clean gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
Main Features:
1. By connecting the disintegrator and the air classifier in series for the production of battery positive and negative electrode materials, the energy consumption of the product is significantly reduced, and the product output is increased. This effectively solves the problems of over-grinding and low yield commonly encountered when using an air jet mill to produce battery positive and negative electrode materials. The entire system operates safely, reliably, and smoothly.
2. The entire production line operates under negative pressure, ensuring no dust escapes during the process, resulting in a cleaner and more environmentally friendly production environment. The dust emission concentration meets environmental protection requirements.
3. The production line adopts PLC automatic control, which greatly reduces labor intensity, minimizes human operational errors, and ensures more stable product quality.
Application Areas:
This production line is mainly used for the crushing and classification of battery positive and negative electrode materials, and can also be applied to the crushing and classification of materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 4 in industries such as chemicals, food, and non-metallic minerals.
