Technical Features
Compressed air passes through the feeding injector, carrying the crushed raw materials into the crushing chamber. The compressed air is then ejected as supersonic airflow through several crushing nozzles evenly distributed around the crushing chamber. The high-speed gas forms a strong vortex within the chamber, causing the raw material particles entering through the feeding injector to collide and rub against each other, thereby achieving ultra-fine crushing.
This machine is suitable for crushing brittle dry powder materials, achieving a fineness of D50 ≤ 5μm.
The lining is made of corundum ceramic or special wear-resistant materials, suitable for crushing hard materials.
The crushing process is carried out at temperatures below room temperature, making it suitable for materials with low melting points or heat-sensitive properties.
The discharge outlet adopts an up-and-down adjustable method, significantly enhancing the adjustability of product fineness.
