Process Characteristics ● Production Process: Raw materials are quantitatively added to a high-speed mixer, where they are stirred, heated, and dehydrated (moisture content reduced to less than 0.3%). Once a specific temperature is reached, a surface modifier is added via atomization or dropwise addition (while the materials are under high-speed stirring). After the modifier is added, the materials and modifier undergo mixing and reaction under high-speed stirring to complete the modification process. The modified materials then enter a classifier for sorting, where agglomerated coarse particles are filtered out. ● The type and dosage of the surface modifier are determined based on the properties, particle size (or specific surface area) of the product, and the intended use of downstream products. Alternatively, a compounded modifier may be used. Taking kaolin as an example, the dosage is generally 0.3%–0.5% for particles sized 45–20 microns, 0.5%–0.8% for particles sized 20–5 microns, and 0.8%–1.0% for particles sized 5–2 microns. ● The temperature and duration of the modified materials can be controlled, allowing timely adjustments to the material environment. The process formulation offers broad adaptability. ● Under high-speed motion, heating the modified materials and adding the modifier simultaneously facilitates uniform heat distribution and improves the coating effect of the modifier. It also reduces the amount of modifier required, lowering modification costs. ● The modifier is used in series with a classifier, effectively removing agglomerated particles generated during the modification process. This improves the quality of the modified product and ensures its performance in practical applications. ● Effective wear-resistant protective measures are implemented inside the equipment, extending its service life while ensuring the whiteness of the materials remains uncontaminated.
